Ron Levin was educated in Leeds and qualified in pharmacy at Leeds University. He initially joined the pharmaceutical industry as a research pharmacist. During his career he worked for Aspro-Nicholas, Beecham, Syntex and as Managing Director of a very successful Johnson & Johnson pharma company. Finally he acquired and ran his own pharma and health care companies until retirement in 2002.
Having completed a career involved exclusively with the TREATMENT of illness, once retired Ron turned his attention to the PREVENTION of illness.
That is the subject of " The Red Bodyguard".
Ron currently lives in part of an early 19th C house in West Herts. His other interests are walking, drawing, painting and enjoying the beautiful coast and countryside of the British Isles.
